All prices are in euros and are the full amount you pay. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) we do not charge VAT. From the second year you can add the security package for €20 per month, which then covers domain and hosting.

Use the form, WhatsApp or email to tell us what your business does and what you need. A few sentences are enough, and you usually hear from us within a few hours.
We design a first draft of your site. Look it over in your own time and tell us what you like and what you do not.
If the direction is right, we build the finished site with your text and photos.
We put the site online, send test inquiries through the form and register it with Google. After that we can keep looking after security, your Google profile and your ads, if you want.
Not much, and none of it has to be perfect. Whatever is missing, we sort out together.
A list is enough, your price board for example. We set up the booking from it.
So customers only book times when you are actually there.
A few phone photos of the salon and your work are enough to start. Without a logo, we set your name in a fitting style.

Yes. You enter phone appointments into the overview yourself, and that time is then no longer available online.
Before the appointment every customer gets a reminder by email and can cancel or reschedule through a link. That makes no-shows rarer, though it cannot prevent them entirely.
